God Singing to Me

I was attending a conference at my church today on the Father’s love (among other things) with speaker Leif Hetland. As we worshipped this morning before Leif spoke, we sang the song Furious by Jeremy Riddle. I sensed God saying, “I am singing this to you (and everyone else here).”

So, here are song lyrics with the pronouns changed as God was singing this to me.

Nothing can tear you from the grip of My mighty love
You’ve only glimpsed My vast affection
Heard whispers of My heart and passion
It’s pouring down on you

My love is deep, My love is wide and it covers you
My love is fierce, My love is strong, it is furious
My love is sweet, My love is wild
And it’s waking your heart to life

I love you and I sent My son
My Son laid down His life for all
I lavish My love upon you
I call you now My sons and daughters
I’m reaching out to you

My love is deep, My love is wide and it covers you
My love is fierce, My love is strong, it is furious
My love is sweet, My love is wild
And it’s waking your heart to life

Wow!!! That’s all I can say. Wow!!!
